If you are having trouble with the shopping cart, it is most likely a cookie problem (your browser must have cookies turned on for the shopping cart to work). Within Internet Explorer, click Tools on the menu bar and select Internet Options (you can also get there from the control panel). In the middle section labeled Temporary Files, click on Clear Cookies. Then select Delete Files, check the box labeled Delete All Offline Content and press Delete. Everything should work fine after that. If not, email us and we will work on a solution for you.


We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Personal Checks, Cashier’s Checks, Money Orders, Bidpay, U.S. Dollars and Euros at 1:1 exchange rate. Any cash is sent at your own risk. All funds except Euros must be in U.S. Dollars.


We have a 14-day, no questions asked return policy. Please email or call us at (360) 692-3818 or (360) 271-9026 during normal business hours to let us know if you need to return an item.


All orders are shipped through the U.S. Postal Service. Domestic orders are shipped via first class or priority mail, depending on weight. International orders are shipped via USPS Air Letter Post.


Insurance is optional. However, we are not responsible for lost mail. If you wish to purchase insurance, please add the correct amount of coverage to your cart from the insurance category. All of our insurance is done through, a private third-party provider. Items are still sent through the U.S. Postal Service. Costs are much cheaper — only $1 per $100 of coverage for both domestic and international shipments. If you wish the security of Registered Mail, we offer than option as well under the insurance category.


This website is secured with an SSL certificate issued through Comodo. If you are concerned about whether a page is secure, the URL will start with “https” instead of “http” and there will be a small lock symbol next to the website address on your browser (location varies by browser). Our entire website is secure.


DK Enterprise is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you’ll find valuable.
