If you are having trouble with the shopping cart, it is most likely a cookie problem (your browser must have cookies turned on for the shopping cart to work). Within Internet Explorer, click Tools on the menubar and select Internet Options (you can also get there from the control panel). In the middle section labeled Temporary Files, click on Clear Cookies. Then select Delete Files, check the box labeled Delete All Offline Content and press Delete. Everything should work fine after that. If not, e-mail us and we will work on a solution for you.
Payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Personal Checks, Cashier's Checks, Money Orders, Bidpay, U.S. Dollars and Euros at 1.1 exchange rate. Any cash is sent at your own risk. All funds except for Euros must be in U.S. Dollars. We do not accept PayPal.
Returns
We have a 14-day, no questions asked return policy. Please e-mail or call us at (360) 692-3818 during normal business hours to let us know if you need to return an item.
Shipping
All orders are shipped through the U.S. Postal Service. Domestic orders are shipped via first class or priority mail, depending on weight. International orders are shipped via USPS Air Letter Post.
Insurance
Insurance is optional. However, we are not responsible for lost mail. If you wish to purchase insurance, please add the correct amount of coverage to your cart from the insurance category. All of our insurance is done through www.u-pic.com, a private third-party provider. Items are still sent through the U.S. Postal Service. Costs are much cheaper — only $1 per $100 of coverage for both domestic and international shipments. If you wish the security of Registered Mail, we offer than option as well under the insurance category.
Security
This website is secured with an SSL certificate issued through Thawte. If you are concerned about whether a page is secure, the URL will start with "https" instead of "http" and there will be a small lock symbol on the lower right-hand corner of your browser (location varies by browser). All of our checkout pages are secure.
Privacy
DK Enterprise is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, you may send an e-mail to stamps@dickkeiser.com with "unsubscribe" as the subject line. DK Enterprise does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
